Joseph Victor G. Ejercito (born on December 26, 1969 in Manila) is a Filipino politician currently serving as congressman for the lone district of San Juan City. He is the son of former President Joseph Estrada and current San Juan City mayor Guia Gomez. He is a recipient of the 2007 Ten Outstanding Young Men award for the category government and public service.
JV Ejercito attended Xavier School in San Juan from 1976 to 1987 for primary and secondary education. In 1991, he graduated Bachelor of Science, Major in Political Science from De La Salle University in Manila.
JV Ejercito served as mayor of San Juan City for three consecutive terms from 2001 to 2010. Over the course of his term as the congressman for the lone district of San Juan, he has authored or sponsored 161 bills or house measures.
He is married to Hyacinth Lotuaco (39), a flight stewardess and a former beauty contest runner up.
