Sta. Cruz, which is part of Metropolitan Davao, is a 1st class municipality in the province of Davao del Sur. According to the 2010 NSO Census, it has a population of 81,093 people.
Its is situated in the Northern part of Davao del Sur and is bounded by Davao City on the north and south by the city of Digos.
